Properties featured on platforms like AirBnB and Booking.com are becoming increasingly popular, and one of the key factors in driving bookings is high-quality imagery. In 2024, I had the pleasure of photographing and videographing a stunning 1980s property located in the Northern countryside. This charming home, complete with a front garden pond, an open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area, and a unique glass room, offered a perfect blend of modern living with a countryside vibe. The property also boasted four distinctive bedrooms, each with its own character.
The owners requested both photography and videography to fully showcase the property, and I ensured that every angle was captured, from wide shots that highlighted the spaciousness of the home to close-ups focusing on the intricate details that made this house stand out.
In addition to the standard shots, drone footage was also included, giving the exterior a unique perspective. While the weather was beautiful, the wind made it a bit of a challenge, but the drone powered through, adding an extra layer of depth to the final content.
