ICA CREAM SHOW.
In February 2025, I was back at the NEC, just a month after covering the ITA stand at Lamma Show. This time, I had the privilege of leading the photography and videography coverage for the Ice Cream Alliance’s annual ‘Ice Cream and Artisan Food Show.’ In addition to capturing the event myself, I brought on a second videographer to cover all 55 exhibitors, each of whom was asked a series of questions appointed by the ICA.
To ensure the event’s social media presence was spot on, I also had a third person handling real-time social media updates throughout the day, showcasing the excitement and creating urgency for those final ‘if, but, and maybe’ ticket sales.
Before the doors opened, I was onsite over the Sunday and Monday, capturing the build-up of the event. This behind the scenes content was essential for the ICA to showcase how easy it is to get involved and to inspire future exhibitors to join in. The two days flew by as content was shot in both photo and video form to generate buzz and push ticket sales in the lead-up to the event.
Tuesday arrived quickly, and the doors opened to an event full of excitement. From ice cream tastings and judging to engaging speakers and interactive moments, there was no shortage of content. Over 300GB of footage was captured, and I produced daily photo sets and end of day highlight videos. In total, I delivered over 6 videos and around 1,000 photos throughout the 4 days, in addition to editing and clipping 70 interviews for ICA’s 2025/2026 campaign.
All footage was delivered to ICA, allowing them to take the reins with in house edits if needed. It was fantastic to work with the Ice Cream Alliance, and I’m excited about the opportunity to support them again in the future. I already had the privilege to cover their awards evening, and I look forward to more ‘ice cream antics’ ahead!
